  good lord the service here is ABHORRENT. The lady who I asked for help in locating the item didn't look like she cared at all. there's no smile, no greeting let alone a professional attitude. She then proceeded not even tell me if they have the item and i had to ask what i'm supposed to do. i had to do all the guessing. she asked me to wait there for 5-10 minutes (she had to go locate the item)but 20 minutes later i couldn't even locate her. When i did find her she didn't even have the item. when she did give me the item she made no eye contact at all or say anything. when i went to the cashier, the lady there made no attempt to even pretend to be remotely interested in me as a customer or made eye contact or smile. COME ON ZARA. YOU'RE BETTER THAN THIS.

  Horrible horrible customer service and poor quality clothes. Bought a sweater without trying it on or looking it over as it’s new so I didn’t feel I had to. When I got home I noticed a sweater; tags still attached. I called and explained the situation. Horrible customer service. Even the guy Jamel was not pleasant to speak with. Says he tries to help but didn’t even listen that I was 1000 miles away after I told him; he insisted I bring it back to Boston. If you buy something inspect it thoroughly as these products are poorly made and apparently staff doesn’t look at clothes when they refold.

  Visited a dozen of Zara stores world wide . To me this is the least attractive. Location is perfect and that's it. Store design and flooring is ok . The selected clothing is terrible, very few items catch your eye. Display is poor and unattractive. The staff are cold and slow .Apparently no one their like his job.
