  Come there for a promotion that stores be advertising for about two weeks when you pay three months of prepaid service $150 you get a free phone i was at a different location last week about to get the promotion but my card wasn't working so now I got it fixed I'm in Boston trying to get the promotion cause I'm limited on time i have a broken phone that I'm paying service for and I can't even you the lady that was helping me was clueless on any promotion or what i was saying basically calling me a liar doesn't even know her job so she asks her manager and he says they don't start til tomorrow when i was at the other locations they told me I can go to any location now they telling tomorrow mind you this was two weeks ago...so I asked are y'all slow behind she says if that's what you want to call it I'm like excuse you don't know the answer you can't provide customer satisfaction she couldn't explain why I have to wait tomorrow for a promotion that was going on for almost 3weeks all she can say come tomorrow Friday? End of the week promotion in the middle of the month? I felt like i was being lied to they just wanted me out the store so they can close it down unprofessional will never see a dime of my money ever again ill rather take that 45 min drive to lowell location
