  I really loved these guys until they hooked my fiance into upgrading to a iPhone 7 Plus without telling us that we have to be on the T-Mobile ONE plan. We asked repeatedly if our plan had to change or if our bill amount would change ant it was "no, no, no". I expect better from T-Mobile.

  Recently purchased an IPad Pro and a employee cold give me a unlimited data for my iPad for 20 dollars but what he did instead is he put my into 2GB for 25 dollars and it's limited internet. Also coworkers refuse to help him to help me to set up my plan they were to busy in their phones. I called costumer service and they fixed for me but I won't never go to that particular store again.
