  I came to Shreve, Crump & Low to purchase an engagement ring and I had a very nice experience. My fiancee and I had already browsed other stores to look for a ring that fit our tastes but we decided to customize something instead. We went to the Newbury St location and worked with Susan, who was immensely knowledgeable and able to work with us to create the perfect ring. She helped us identify exactly the specifications of stone we wanted (especially with regards to the cut), brought in a diamond that we loved, as well as made modifications to the design of the setting until it was exactly what we had hoped it would be. We could not be happier with the result. I am glad we chose to go to Shreve not only for its reputation, but because we felt comfortable and welcomed by all of the staff there each time we walked in. We've had the ring for some time now and continue to feel that it far exceeds expectations. I cannot thank Susan enough for her expertise and thoroughness through this process!

  I recently worked directly with Mike Shaw on the purchase of a Vacheron timepiece. Outstanding buying experience from start to finish. We discussed various options in great detail and I felt like the goal was not just to buy something, but also to really understand the components and history behind the watches. Mike did a great job guiding me through the process and made sure every single detail was perfect. Highly recommend visiting the shop...first class and top notch.
