  I don't typically complain about customer service. I attempt in every review to be positive, or pull something positive from my experience. This place has sub par customer service. I'm finding that employees here either do not receive proper training, or they just don't care. Things tend to fall apart due to management, and as much as I'd love to blame Scott G. for his poor choice of words he used from behind the customer service desk, I see the evidence of careless leadership throughout the store. I will only be back to return an item, but will no longer spend our family money at a store that has no regard for the customer. Extremely poor business practice.
