  Poor customer service and deplorable sanitation. The bathrooms looked like a crime scene. The womens bathroom had 3 toilets absolutely covered in blood (floors also) 4 toilets covered in urine. No one offered to help me while we looked at clothes and beauty products. I had to purchase pants at a shoe store because he was the only available, friendly associate. A very negative and shocking experience. Not at all what I had been expecting for my first visit to a Macy's department store.

  Great store in downtown Boston. It's a mall where you can find most of the household utilities stuff. Staff is quite cordial and cheerful. They have no hassles return and exchange policy. It's also a great store for deals and sale offers. One of my favorite for value for money shopping. Multiple stores around the country is also a great advantage if you need to exchange or return something. Happy shopping!
