Beautiful work, and WONDERFUL customer service and support (no matter the budget!) My husband bought me a sapphire pendant necklace for our anniversary. It so happens that the design my husband chose wasn't perfectly aligned with my taste. We went to JOSEPH GANN to inquire how we might adapt the necklace, and Joshua was, simply put, wonderful. Joshua spent well over an hour with us as I tried on a series of necklaces and stone arrangement options, and through it all he was kind, calm, friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. I can't say enough how appreciative I am of his help and his kind respect.
