  I purchased my first automatic watch from EB Horn - it was an unforgettably GREAT experience!...... That day I told the staff immediately that I wasn't too knowledgeable about watches, and they began to teach me everything I needed to know and walk me through all of my options. The staff (professionals!) that helped me - Doug, Michael, and Norm - epitomized careful customer service and seemed genuinely invested in my satisfaction and in-store experience. They spent HOURS with me as I tried on almost every watch in the store - and they did so with patience, a smile, and while cracking jokes. I left the store that day with a watch that I truly loved and with great feelings towards the people that guided me along the way at EB Horn. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

  We bought our wedding bands here & were si happy with our experience. This was the only place that didn't pressure us for a sale, staff were friendly & welcoming and genuinely interested in our requirements. The experience was worlds away from competitors with reasonable prices for an excellent quality. I work in sales & I go out of my way to commend excellent service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any engaged couples!

  Superior service and professionalism. My wife and I just went into their store on Monday May 22nd to purchase a 25th anniversary ring for her. They couldn't have been nicer people or more professional. We were able to pick up the ring on Tuesday May 23rd our actual anniversary. Class all the way around. Anyone who complains about this place ought to have their head examined.
