  I went to Mr DeMello to rate my wife's diamond which we have decided that we would like to try to sell. Since we have long lost the GIA report on the diamond purchased over a decade ago overseas, I wanted to get it rated and appraised by a reliable source before selling it at a price which may be way off the market. Art was not only professional about the job, but also offered a lot of free and excellent advice to us. He appraised the diamond competently (which was verified later by a separate GIA report that I needed to get done on it), and gave me indication on how best to sell it to my advantage. His advice turned out to be not only on target, but also immensely advantageous to me. He wound up helping me get an extra 50% out of the selling price because i took his great advice.
