  I have had it with this place. I have waited in long lines for poor customer service in their pharmacy for 15 years now. The convenient location justified the lousy service. But no more. They would not fill a prescription for me because the Dr had not requested a pre-authorization from my HI company. Of course, they had not told the Dr. it was needed. They filled my Rx partially because they didn't have enough in stock. When I returned for the remainder, they refused to give it to me without the aforementioned documentation. I then offered to pay for it myself and get reimbursed and was refused my Rx. After involving the manager, I finally got the Rx, for severe pain that I needed asap. I will never patronize this store again.
